It’s Tuesday again.
Last week, I sat down to make my TWOsday post… and I realized that the following day was Wednesday. I’d messed things up. Oh well, right? Life goes on.
That said.
TWO random things on a TUESDAY:
ONE // OSAKA COFFEE
I received this AWESOME french press in the mail through my participation in Tomoson.
I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but I LOVE coffee. Like… I REALLY love coffee. and I love being able to try coffee in different ways. I’ve had a small, one-cup french press for years but let’s be real… who only wants one cup of coffee? Not me, that’s for sure. Justen and I were so excited to try out this french press! It’s got a beautiful design – it’s double-walled, so the coffee stays hot but the outside is still cool to the touch.
We carefully selected a bag of Stumptown Holler Mountain to try with the french press (for those of you that like coffee but have never tried Stumptown… get on it!), and it was AMAZING. One of the smoothest cups of coffee I’ve had in a long time.
So excited to keep trying different coffees with my new french press!
TWO // DEBT REPAYMENT GOALS
I thought I’d share with you guys something I did to help me stay focused on my goals. My goal for the end of this year is to be halfway through my debt (from when I first started to get serious about paying it off). That magic number is $11,991. I spent some time at the beginning of the year figuring out where I’d need to be at the end of each month in order to be on track for that.
I wrote each month’s goal on a post it and put them somewhere I’d see. If you remember, I was a little off my goal for January. The great thing about breaking down your goal into small milestones is that you can stay on track. It’s the whole journey of a thousand miles starting with a single step. You need to know the destination, for sure… but you also need to know if you’re supposed to go over the mountain or down through the valley, you know?
Side note: These post it notes will soon be moving. Because as I’ve been slowly de-cluttering my bookshelf, I realized… I don’t even need a bookshelf. Who needs to keep a zillion books they rarely open or have never read?
Anyway. Link up if you have it. TWOsday, the most laid back, casual link up of all time haha.

Why do I keep forgetting about TWOsday?! Umm I will watch Oscars best picture nominees with you or maybe attempt a 5K (so scary…I did one before but it’s been so long since I’ve been running), or hold a snake if you can find one (I’m kind of terrified of them but love holding them…is that weird?), or go to an aquarium or basically lots of things. I kind of got overwhelmed by the size of the list hahaha. But I’m your girl!
I am going to have to join in on the TWOsday linkup sometime!
I love the goal chunking!
love your post it note idea…sometimes I feel so silly doing stuff like that but it totally works when things are more visual
