Have you ever decided “I’m going to start a diet tomorrow,” and then halfway through the day, usually mid-cookie, you remember the diet? and you’re like… well crap.
Last year I decided that I was going to do PROJECT 12. It’s something Robyn does. It’s a picture for the month + a recap of the month. At the end of the year you get to go back and look at the little things you might have otherwise forgotten.
At first I was kind of like “these are cool, I’d do these if I was married.” and I mentioned to Robyn that I loved them, and she said I should do them. That was in November. and I decided you know what! I’ll do it. and then suddenly we were halfway through February. So I’m just going to go ahead and put this here, okay?
February’s is coming soon.
The most significant thing to happen in my January was starting to drink coffee with Justen. All the coffee. I guess everyone can do this whole month recap thing however the @$(*&@$ they want, so I’m going to do it like this:
// COFFEESHOPS
(I’m a little behind on this, but these are the FOR SURE ones)
- Thatcher’s
- Torque
- Heart
- Lionheart
- Cafe Piccolo
// BOOKS READ
- N/A (SLACKING!)
// MOVIES WATCHED
- Star Wars: The Force Awakens
// NIGHTS AWAY FROM HOME
At least one. 🙂
// 101 IN 1001 PROGRESS
- Finished the coffeeshops
- Finished watching all of the Star Wars movies
- Celebrated a random holiday (National Apricot Day)
- Made one project from my Pinterest board
// TOTAL DEBT $19,416
// HIGHLIGHTSÂÂ
Justen. Buying a plane ticket to California. and Nashville. Rhoda coming to town. I won the Jane.com Giveaway.
// ON THE BLOG
- De-cluttering: Bedside
- Whole 30 Compliant Apricot Lara Bars
- Emotionally De-Cluttering
- January 2016 Debt Repayment Recap
I love this idea. Also, it’d be a way to cut down on my wordy-ness, and I definitely need help in that department on the blog!
yay! love this! 🙂 and i love that you are adding your debt into the monthly recap too! 🙂
This is a really fun idea! I like the format. It’s a good light post to do when I’m feeling short on content inspiration. Thanks for sharing!
I love this! I’ve been thinking I need to add some sort of currently thing to my Project Life album and I was having a hard time settling on questions but I think this might fit the bill!
