I’m not always okay
I don’t know how to figure out how many friends my friends have, but I looked on my silly musician page and it said that there are 68,186 friends of the 152 people who like my page.. and let’s be real, all of those people are my friends. So that right there. 152 of my friends are connected to 68,186 unique people.
Let’s pretend that 70% of those people are married or in relationships. that’s still roughly 20,000. Let’s pretend that 75% of them are girls. that’s still roughly 5,000 single dudes that 152 of my friends are connected to. That’s roughly 32 single dudes per person. I have 1,488 Facebook friends. That means there’s a good chance that my friends collectively know FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED AND SIXTEEN SINGLE GUYS.!!!!!!!!! Let’s pretend that only 15% of my friends live near me. That’s still 7142.4 single dudes.
ONE OF THOSE SINGLE GUYS HAS TO BE ENDEARED TO GIRLS WHO LOVE GLITTER.
Look, society tells us that we have to be strong independent women, and part of what that looks like is us pretending we’re completely content with being single and stuff. But I’m gonna be real here. Most of us would love it if you said “hey, I know this guy…” and legit introduce us.
Because you know us. And you know those single guys. And if you think we would get along well, then by all means. Please actually introduce us. Don’t just say “oh, you’d love him…” but please, it’s so much easier for you to do that. Do it as a birthday present or a Christmas present or a National Friend Day present or something. It doesn’t even have to be super weird.. just invite a bunch of people to hang out or something.
We are way more open to meeting your guy friends than you probably realize.
Sometimes that’s kind of hard to ask or say.

always always always always be yourself! trust me from the girl with hello kitty tatoos and who is a divorced mom, guys love individuality. boring plain girls with no personality are a dime a dozen. be the one who truly stands out. and if i lived diagonally across the country I totally would find you the sweetest nicest, most fun boy ever! or maybe I can work on that now from nc. lifting you up!
