Super Simple Pineapple Whip Recipe

uncategorized

This post is sponsored by Del Monte Pure Earth Juice. All thoughts and opinions are mine.

There is a magical place where princesses live and mice rule the land. I miss it EVERY DAY. One of the things I LOVE about that place is their PINEAPPLE WHIP.

Did y’all hear that the stupid groundhog said we have more winter?

I OBJECT.

So I’m objecting by sharing this recipe that tastes like the happiest place on earth… a place that makes me think of sun and summer and then I turn into a little tiny snowman who LOVES SUMMER.

Oh. And best part? It’s stupid easy. Like 4 ingredients simple.

Ingredients:

Listen to this. Blend the pineapple, almond milk & honey until it becomes like a sherbet.

Pour the creamy pineapple whip into a jar. Top it with Del Monte Pure Earth Pineapple juice.

If you happen to love pineapple but not love pineapple as much as I do (weirdo!) you are in luck! There are three other delicious flavors you could use to top the pineapple whip with OR add it into the whip itself. I personally like having it on top so I can scoop it on my spoon like a float. 🙂

And luckily! Del Monte has a coupon for $1.00 off so that you can go try any (or all!) of these flavors:

Pineapple Lime, Pineapple Banana Coconut (YUM!), Pineapple Blueberry Blackberry.

Perfect for bringing a little bit of summer to the cold days of winter.

  1. I’ve heard about these at Disney but never had one. I’ll have to try this recipe so I know what I’m missing out on! Thanks for linking up with us at Delicious Dish Tuesday!
