Raise your hand if you have a Pinterest board dedicated to hair.

Raise your hand if you have like 500+ pins on said pin board.

Raise your hand if you cannot even begin to be bothered by 99% of hairstyles on said pinboard.

If you raised your hand for all three then hello. We’re the same kind of people.

I like my hair long, unbrushed, and out of my face. That means I tend to do my hair the exact same way everyday. It’s so easy let me give you a tutorial. Take a small portion of the front of your hair. Pull it back right above your ear. Take two bobby pins and secure the hair in an X shape. Voila. That’s my go to hair style. Picture for proof:

But every so often I do really fancy things like brush my hair or put a braid in it (the basic white girl version of the Portlandia “put a bird on it” concept) or even curl it. A few months ago I gave you a list of things that were perfect for an on-the-go hair kit, and now let me give you the Stephanie Orefice tried, tested & approved list of lazy girl hair supplies.

ONE // Kiss Instawave
[amazon / target]

There are no words for this magical tool. It’s the simplest curling iron IN THE WORLD. Check out this video I made last year talking about it:

The kiss Instawave is responsible for the following fabulous hair day:

TWO // Beauty + Protect Detangler and Heat Protector
[birchbox]

Y’all, IDK if heat protectors really work. All I know is that every so often I decide to be fancy and blow dry my hair, and to do that I must brush it. Which is a NIGHTMARE. Enter in this A-MAZE-ING smelling product which helps get rid of tangles and apparently protects your hair from the nasty heat of styling. I love it.

THREE // BOBBY PINS

Did you read my daily hair routine? Bobby pins are like the most essential. I keep them everywhere. Pockets, the floor of my office, sometimes I find them in my bed… they are SO IMPORTANT. I’ve seen Pinterest ideas about keeping them in tic tac containers and stuff but I prefer to let my bobby pins roam free.

FOUR // Baptiste Dry Shampoo
[amazon / target]

I’m a fan of the dry shampoo thing. It is actually brilliant. Like hey I’m having a pretty okay hair day on the bottom but it’s kinda greasy up top, so let’s extend this bottom heavy good hair day by spraying some magic powder onto your roots. I’ve tried a few different kinds of dry shampoo but as of right now I swear by the Batiste Dry Shampoo in the tropical scent. Coconut & exotic?! Yes please!

Okay those are my four must have lazy girl hair products. Anything I should be trying/adding to this list?
