Stupid easy peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.

I’m back from a whirlwind few days in California. My shoulders are red and my feet are tired, but in the meantime I am craving these cookies. I’ll have to make another batch soon… and give most of them away, because they are SO GOOD I could eat them all. I’m not too great at sticking with recipes, so this one is perfect for me. Not much to remember… or forget. 🙂

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
some chocolate chips. as many as you want.

 

Preheat the oven to…. 350.

Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg. Once combined, add some chocolate chips.

Bake them for like 8 or so minutes.

Let them cool because they will be super crumbly.

Then enjoy.
