Three things.

#1. My friend Ernie‘s song “In July” is going to be disappearing from iTunes soon. You should probably buy it before that happens… you know, in honor of July.

Sliced apple. Almond butter. Coconut flakes. Cinnamon. SO GOOD. 

#3. Today was SUCH a beautiful day here. We can always see 3 beautiful white mountains but today while I was driving… I SPOTTED A FOURTH ONE! I said “there’s Mt. Hood, and Adams, and St. Helens……. THAT MUST BE RAINIER!” My beloved summertime mountain came out to say hello. I definitely cried.
